All rental unit include the following: Fully equipped kitchen (or kitchenette) with microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, cutlery, pans and dishes. Freshly pressed bed sheets and linen, towels, toiletries and laundry room access are also included in the price, as well as cable TV, high-speed internet, and a printer. Ventilators (or mobile air conditioners) are made available for summer months. The rent prices also comprise electricity, water and end cleaning. Please note minimum rental periods vary: from under a week in the larger units to a year in the studios. Ask us for an offer! We at Armotti are very flexible in our offerings of apartments and services. We are happy to offer discounts for long-term stays, as well as consider special requests regarding equipment or services you may need!

Our prices vary according to length of stay, desired services and number of guests. The prices above are calculated for 2 persons renting the unit for over 3 months. We may tailor the offer to suit your particular needs (shorter/longer booking, number of people and additional services) and send you an offer with no hidden charges.
Extra services (per month):
- Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning (+195-650chf),
- Change of sheets and towels (+30-60chf),
- Parking space (+50-120chf),
- Internet upgrade to 1Gbit/s (+90chf)*.
Non-residents: a city/tourist tax of 5.30chf per person per night will be included in the price offer. Bern ticket made available. Ask for more information.
